Documents you should have ready.
Applicants with complete documents have the best chances for sought-after flats.
Tenant self-disclosure form
We will send you the form after the viewing.
Proof of income
Your last three payslips or, if self-employed, your latest tax assessment or confirmation from your tax adviser.
Credit report
A current report, for example from SCHUFA, no more than three months old.
ID and previous landlord's certificate
A copy of your identity card and, if available, a certificate confirming you have no rent arrears.
We attend viewings in person. You can get to know the flat at your leisure and ask any questions. We accept applications afterwards and respond to every applicant.

Which documents do I need?
A tenant self-disclosure form, proof of income and a credit report. We will tell you exactly what is required.
Who pays the agent's fee?
For residential property, the principle that whoever commissions the agent pays applies. As a rule, tenants incur no costs.
