We do not accept every mandate and do not show every property. What we offer, we have checked beforehand: location, condition, documents and price.

Madeleine and Manfred Braun take personal responsibility for every instruction. You have one dedicated contact, no call centre and no passing from department to department.

We say what we do, and do what we say. We put agreements in writing and respond to enquiries within one working day.

What we deliberately do not do.
No bait pricing
We do not quote an inflated value just to win a mandate. A realistic price sells faster and better.
No mass viewings
We pre-select interested parties. Viewings are attended by people who are a genuine fit and can secure financing.
No pressure
Neither on sellers nor on buyers. Good decisions need time and all the information.
Nothing we do not stand behind
We do not offer a property that we would not recommend ourselves.
