Legal position

BRAUN & CIE. is a micro-enterprise within the meaning of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG): we employ fewer than ten people, and our annual turnover or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million. Under Section 3 (3) BFSG, the accessibility requirements of the Act do not apply to services provided by micro-enterprises.

Regardless of this, we want everyone to be able to use our website and reach us. We therefore make this statement voluntarily.

Our standard

In designing and developing this website, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA. We cannot guarantee that every criterion is fully met.

Measures in place

Images have descriptive alternative texts. All pages can be operated by keyboard. Text and controls have sufficient contrast, and text can be enlarged in the browser. Headings follow a logical structure, and the language of each page is declared. If a user has enabled reduced motion in their operating system, the website does without animations. The website is available in German and English.

Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties and is not fully within our control. This includes online appointment booking via Google Calendar, property details taken from our property management system, and PDF documents offered for download, which may not be fully accessible. If you need information in another format, we will gladly send it to you or go through it with you by phone. Appointments can always be arranged by phone or email as well.
