What does working with us cost?
The initial consultation and valuation are free of charge. A commission is only payable if we successfully sell your property. We discuss the amount openly before we begin and put it in writing.
How long does a sale take?
With a realistic price, it often takes a few weeks to a few months from the start of marketing to the notary appointment. After the valuation, we will give you a concrete timetable.

Land register extract, energy performance certificate, cadastral map, floor plans and living area calculation, evidence of modernisations.
Additionally for flats and let properties
Declaration of division, minutes and budget of the owners' association, service charge statement, tenancy agreements. Whatever is missing, we obtain together with you.
