Why I founded BRAUN & CIE.
I believe good property advice takes time. That is why I work with a select number of instructions and take personal responsibility for each one. You have one dedicated contact, from the first conversation to the handover of the keys.
Dresden is my city. I know its locations, its houses and many of the people who live, buy and rent here.
My path to BRAUN & CIE.
I have worked in real estate since 2013. Today I run BRAUN & CIE., an owner-managed real estate boutique in Dresden that works entirely the way we believe it should.
The first step on my own
In 2013 I first set up my own property business, at that time from northern Germany. My focus was on investment property in Leipzig, Berlin and Potsdam. I learned how much trust a property decision requires, and how much responsibility it carries.
A mother, in the thick of it
Then came the biggest project of my life: I became a mother. I stayed loyal to the property industry and during those years worked wholeheartedly for other companies. I achieved a great deal, accompanied many projects and learned even more. Above all, what a home truly means to a family.
My own boutique
Now it is time to work for myself again rather than for others. With more experience, more calm and a clear idea: no corporate structure, no conveyor-belt advice. Instead, a personal boutique in Dresden where I personally stand behind every property. With the heart of a mother and the eye of an entrepreneur.
