A period building in Halle that greets its guests above the door. For its large apartments we found the people who wanted to arrive here.
A period building with character, room to arrive.
High ceilings, oak parquet, large windows and, under the roof, the old timber framing, painted light and full of daylight. Palais Salve at Rudolf-Ernst-Weise-Straße 12 was carefully refurbished and divided into twelve apartments.
The large apartments were close to our hearts: three and four rooms, space for families and for people who allow themselves room. Among them the two apartments under the roof. With six apartments we placed more than half of the sales volume.
And when the buyers wanted to let their apartments, we were there again and found the right tenants.
